VNTRbirds unites women-identifying and non-binary outdoor athletes who are comfortable in femme-centered spaces to foster confidence and self-reliance in mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and split boarding.
Our approach emphasizes holistic, women-led learning, celebrating identities as outdoor athletes in an inclusive and enjoyable environment.

VNTRbirds is an outdoor education and adventure company based in Summit County, CO, offering workshops, clinics, and courses across the state.
This fund helps create safe, femme-centered spaces for mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and splitboarding—fostering confidence, self-reliance, and long-term community support. Your donation not only supports inclusive outdoor education, but 4% also goes directly to Friends of Dillon Ranger District, giving back to the public lands where we learn, ride, and grow together.

VNTRbirds BIPOC Scholarship:
Created to support riders from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities and help reduce barriers to entry, this scholarship offers a one-day VNTRbirds MTB clinic.
Each deserving recipient will receive:

VNTRbirds One Day Mountain Bike Skills Clinic: Gain essential skills and knowledge for safe winter exploration. Recipients will receive a $275 credit (issued as a coupon code) toward their clinic.Take your first steps into mountain biking or continue your journey with new confidence!

Set of Rocky Talkie Mountain Radios: Stay connected with your backcountry partners at all times, enhancing safety and communication during your adventures.
VNTRbirds Mountain Bike Scholarship:
Created to bring in more women, femme and non-binary riders to mountaimn biking, this scholarship offers a one-day VNTRbirds MTB clinic.

Receive $500 toward a Wilderness First Responder, first aid/medical course, or MTB certification (awarded upon completion).

VNTRbirds and YETI Cycles recognize the need to create more opportunities for BIPOC women-identifying and non-binary riders within the mountain bike community to access and enter the race scene. This Rider to Racer scholarship supports strong intermediate and advanced riders who are new to racing and ready to take their first step into enduro competition.
